A nice boutique hotel in Providencia, a safe and convenient area for tourists with several cafés and restaurants nearby. The premises and rooms were spotless, with housekeeping done well each day. The room itself was quite small—less spacious than expected—but functional, with a fridge and kettle provided. Guests can refill water bottles at the dispenser in the lobby. Most of the staff were pleasant and friendly. I didn’t include breakfast in my stay but tried the hotel restaurant twice; the food was fine, though Santiago offers better options.

staff is nice. good and safe area to stay. a shopping mall nearby. we had a good stay. we had only problem with the air-condition in the living room, it's not working too well. that's all.
